A Midrand transport company operating two trucks — a Hyundai H100 (1.3T) and an Iveco (3.5T) — managing everything through WhatsApp group chats and handwritten order sheets. The goal: give the owner and drivers a real system without making it complicated.

What We Built
A full logistics management system with a public-facing site for client bookings, a Cloudinary-powered photo catalogue of past jobs, a reviews section, and an admin dashboard where the owner can track orders, manage drivers, and export data. Drivers get their own limited portal — they can update order status and add notes, nothing else.
Order Management
Full CRUD on transport orders. Sort by date, filter by status, filter by price. All three filters stack simultaneously.
Auto Invoice Generation
When an order is marked Confirmed, a PDF invoice generates via ReportLab and emails to the client automatically via Brevo.
Cloudinary Catalogue
Owner uploads job photos from the admin dashboard. They're stored on Cloudinary and displayed publicly with a lightbox viewer.
PDF Export
Select any combination of orders and export them to a formatted PDF. Uses jsPDF + AutoTable, all client-side.
